About

The Friends of the Library are volunteers who believe excellent public libraries are a needed resource for our community. Volunteers demonstrate this by

  • Becoming members of the Friends
  • Donating old books, money, and time for the benefit of their county public libraries
  • Sorting, boxing, and pricing books donated for the Book Sale
  • Organizing, staffing, and conducting the annual Book Sales
  • Working on developing programs to promote reading
